1. Bad company!Ive been using the apps a couple of months... Since then it helps me to not to worry about my internet speed connection because of it i felt assured that i can finish on time all the work i have either personal or business matter.Please what is wrong, anytime I open my nord vpn app, it will just close back and tell me to re-open again and I tried to re-open again it is still closing back telling me to re-open again.... Please help me, I will ve expecting your reply.Everything is fine... Until I get logged out and can't log back in until I set chrome as my default browser (using brave under normal circumstances)Momentarily is instantly crashing on my device, OnePlus 7T, Android 12 It still keeps crashing.

2. In it's current state is completely uselessYou guys better add cancel subscription option at billing management! This is unacceptable!!!!App fails to open after a recent update.

3. These are fixed after killing and restarting, overall good!Our company has been using this App for 2 years and have constent issue on it blocking access to some our our key programs and sites.

4. The only way it works is deleting it and downloading it again... Everytime I need to use it.I experience sometimes login issues with "something went wrong" error messages.

5. It auto renewed on 7/10/2022 and we wanted to cancel our subscription and recieve a prorated refund.

1. Fix NordLayer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NordLayer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NordLayer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NordLayer" » Open NordLayer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NordLayer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NordLayer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NordLayer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NordLayer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NordLayer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NordLayer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NordLayer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NordLayer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NordLayer not working

2. Fix NordLayer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NordLayer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NordLayer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NordLayer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
