1. Searching for similar names in English still gets fewer results than in Japanese ("Funabashi", "Keisei Funabashi", "Shin-Funabashi", etc), requiring ALL words and special characters to be inputted.

2. but app 2023 new station add not update in this map/appA competent and low-battery draining app that is more accurate than most of the other train apps for travel in Japan.

3. If it could be changed back to the normal one released by TfL that would be best.This was a wonderful app for train journey possibilities in India, but now there has not been any update for almost 2 yrs.

4. This needs fixing.I enjoy using this app when I travel but recently the London map design has been replaced with a weird curvy design.

5. pls highlight English if you want help all citizens of INDIA else make this app only for UP.I like the design of the NYC subway a lot, though a bit inaccurate, very minimalist.

6. When you put maps on your app name, it means you are app should show actual rout map not just next stations.

1. Fix Rail Map / Journey planner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rail Map / Journey planner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rail Map / Journey planner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rail Map / Journey planner" » Open Rail Map / Journey planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rail Map / Journey planner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rail Map / Journey planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rail Map / Journey planner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rail Map / Journey planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rail Map / Journey planner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rail Map / Journey planner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rail Map / Journey planner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rail Map / Journey planner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rail Map / Journey planner not working
