First time using the service because we never can get a taxi, and finally, today, it came 25 minutes late due to traffic, but the driver was very pleasant and attentive.Currently, I'm very disappointed about this app because the app show you in the map that the driver is arrived but we don't see him !!! Even when we call the driver to know is position, he don't answer!! And because of this problem, I am waited during a long time!! I had to cancel the order because of this and take another cab with another app.

2. One driver cancelled because he couldn't find us, even with location tracking; we were waiting at an Auchan near the port of Dakar, not knowing that there was another Auchan a block away.Not all their drivers are serious, and the company doesn't reply to complaints.

3. Biggest problem is that when you request a ride, no matter where the driver is, it automatically says "5 minutes", even if the driver is really 20 minutes away.

4. Enough is enough 😤in Dakar, it's good when a taxi actually comes, often they cancel the pickup due to traffic.I would give it 5 stars if your drivers knew how to use the GPS.

7. The app can show a driver on their way and moving towards you, even when they are actually not moving at all.

1. Fix Heetch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Heetch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Heetch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Heetch" » Open Heetch - Ride-hailing app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Heetch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Heetch - Ride-hailing app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Heetch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Heetch - Ride-hailing app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Heetch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Heetch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Heetch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Heetch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Heetch not working

2. Fix Heetch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Heetch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Heetch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Heetch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
