Loved the experience of the site , let's try appHighly disappointed with product & their so called policies..I have ordered four lipsticks & the shades are totally off..when I thought to return the products they said that we do not have return, exchange or refund policy once the order is delivered...it means if customer don't like the product there is no way to get out the situation..please never buy any product from this app.. totally waste of moneyGreedy Incompetence.

2. Sometimes we mistakenly press the order button so it would be good if there is cancel or return option.I'm downloading the app for the first time maybe , but I've done some purchases earlier from the website and trust me I love myglamm .

3. Only chat and that in itself takes so long for an agent to respond... Patheric,awful experienceRETURN POLICY IS AWFUL!!! When i ordered a product it was under sale but when it got delivered I had to pay twice the price! 0/10 wouldn't recommend.

4. I am thinking of complaining to consumer forum.If you are going to order from this app keep one thing in mind that whatever product is coming from them you have to keep it.

5. Their product's quality is great , their customer service is great and offers , you shouldn't even ask me about it.

6. They will take the wrong product from you immediately, but the replacement won't be processed until and unless you reach out to the customer service repeatedly.

7. Even if you order any other lip product, they will send you the lipstick instead.

8. The order always show in shipment but it does not get delivered and after some time it states as order lost.

9. Just thought of buying some product and they'll show me the huge discounts on that , what else do we need.

1. Fix MyGlamm Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyGlamm: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyGlamm App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyGlamm" » Open MyGlamm: Shop Makeup & Beauty » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyGlamm » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyGlamm: Shop Makeup & Beauty app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyGlamm servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyGlamm: Shop Makeup & Beauty" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyGlamm app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyGlamm might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyGlamm. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyGlamm then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyGlamm not working

2. Fix MyGlamm Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyGlamm be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyGlamm not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyGlamm may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
