1. I don't see a way to create a personal account through an Android phone.You might want to be clear about the fact that the android app having access to rehearsal tracks only and thus can't actually be performed eith as it says in the description.Helps a lot when you run sound.

2. Do you expect me to go and buy one?Help! I need to create a personal account to use my rehearsal code, but when I download the app on my Android I am led to a screen that just asks for my rehearsal code.

3. Little bit problematic when using it for school and suddenly doesn't work...multiple devices, same result, btw.There is no "cont." button on the Android version of the app which completely prevented me from being able to use it since I needed my songs to flow together.

4. Very disappointing.This app is really unhelpful as it only allows access to rehearsal tracks and not the production tracks for the show.

6. I see the developers blaming Android security for why they target apple products so heavily.

7. If that's the case how are banks ok with running their apps on Android? Not everyone has an I product.

1. Fix MTI Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MTI Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MTI Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MTI Player" » Open MTI Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MTI Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MTI Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MTI Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MTI Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MTI Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MTI Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MTI Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MTI Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MTI Player not working

2. Fix MTI Player Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MTI Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MTI Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MTI Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
