Why should I report an Issue with Remixlive - Make Music & Beats?

1. i like to mess with loops so i got a kick out of how this app allows that as well as all the other features on the app! dont even get me stared on the live set setting! but i got the app on my dell chromebook 2 in 1 so i could mess around a bit more and when i went to start making music the sound quality was not good at all! it was all stop and go! im kinda sad! its not my speakers so i hope you guys can fix this! looking forward to a response.Update: this app used to be great years ago, then went downhill, and now has been overhauled.

2. It's free and works well free (there's even an option to record your music in free mode and i love that!) but there are cheap, professional sounding sound packs to purchase if wanted.

3. Nesting the folders for organizational purposes does not work which seems like a major oversight.Been using this for a very long time but recently, been encountering some issues consistently.

4. Sound Cloud doesn't uploading doesn't work though, surely due to copyrights, so why have a direct link?At 1st it worked great.

5. For now I will look into other apps, but if you could fix this it would be incredibly appreciated..I know others may not have a great experience like me, because we all have different needs & tastes.

6. Pretty decent ability to change loops, modify the sounds provided, and could have been nice.

7. Update: When trying to share the timing is now slightly off on certain parts making it sound very sloppy and not at all like what is playing on the device before I try to save.it.i have this app on my phone and i loved it.

9. When I attach a link to either pad, It plays the right pads but adds 3-6 other pads at the same time.

1. Fix Remixlive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Remixlive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Remixlive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Remixlive" » Open Remixlive - Make Music & Beats » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Remixlive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Remixlive - Make Music & Beats app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Remixlive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Remixlive - Make Music & Beats" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Remixlive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Remixlive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Remixlive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Remixlive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Remixlive not working

2. Fix Remixlive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Remixlive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Remixlive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Remixlive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
