Why should I report an Issue with Groovebox - Music & Beat Maker?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Sequence Software to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. (But, really cool stuff like voice echo, reverb, and other mods are in free version!)... Full version unlocks all features...I haven't been able to try full version.

2. I wish they weren't abandoned but this app although tricky to navigate is very good.I've been using the paid version of this app since 2020, but its only been very recently that it began crashing immediately after I tried creating and adding a 4th track into a new session file.

3. In fact, it is so good, Sequence Groovebox is one of the few Android only apps that prevented me from purchasing an iPhone as my new phone! The sounds are great, as are the synth engine, sampler, interface and workflow.

4. I'd love to see an update with the ability to start a program from scratch per se, the ability to load "personal samples" of some sort, greater depth of the scrolling of the piano roll (I want to see more of it when step editing) and lastly, more presets to some extent.

5. But, overall, I LOVE IT!!!I have to give this 5 stars! After searching for 9 years, I finally found a music making app that delivered! Easy to use with an intuitive design.

6. Frustrating as ever because I know the kind of high quality work I can get out of this program and suddenly now I'm not getting it.Edit))Can't save song so I gotta SAY NO GO FO SHO YO- DOH NO MO! I've only done a few things on this and it actually did wear it was supposed to do as far as I can tell I didn't notice any heavy hijack ads so that was nice... Try it and see if you like it.

7. I am going to check it out more and see what I can do when a sampler looper thiing...This is one of the best on the go music making apps for Android devices.

9. There are so many features that are actually! This is the best app of this type that I've found so far! The only and very small issue I've had was that the ad at the bottom of the screen occasionally covers up some buttons.

10. And I love the way it can keep up with my fingers and I'm not that fast but every tap is matched with a Beats sound I love that Developer keep up the good work & thank you.

1. Fix Groovebox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Groovebox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Groovebox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Groovebox" » Open Groovebox - Music & Beat Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Groovebox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Groovebox - Music & Beat Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Groovebox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Groovebox - Music & Beat Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Groovebox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Groovebox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Groovebox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Groovebox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Groovebox not working

2. Fix Groovebox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Groovebox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Groovebox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Groovebox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
