Why should I report an Issue with REMX: Music Maker?

1. Keep it up! Hope you look into the matter above stated!!!I would normaly give more on a music making app,, but it would be good to make euphoria type music,I find it easy to use, but the songs are a little dull to work with, more like chill ,,would like something more up beat, like the old CPU type Ejay dance music maker,the classics never die out!This app is amazing! Very easy to use! However adding a sharing feature would be nice, without the sharing feature only people that have the app can listen to your song.

2. IDK but it kinda feels out of date.I really enjoying making different songs with the loops, but I feel that some loops sound exactly the same and certain parts of a loop especially in vocals is where there's about to be another line but it cuts off, but should've not added that extra line since there isn't any editing of a loop.

3. If you're a beginner DJ I would recommend you download Groovepad because you can unlock packs by watching short ads and you can download your music without having to sign up for anything.

4. I think we should be able to follow artists as well having some sort of uploading feature (maybe uploading a song to youtube.) I would also like to be able to save the released version tracks.

5. Great app! and very fun! the only downside is that there isn't a community to interact with or being able to export your music.

6. This app would be PERFECT if you developed a social network where we can share our music with others and chat with other DJs.

7. I'm really hoping REMX 2 won't be a no-show because REMX helped me get into music and it genuinely saddens me to see it have come to thisI absolutely love this though I have some suggestions.

8. So plz get my advice.It was an ok game, there are multiple things that got annoying such as; Paying for every music pack, and not right instruments.

9. A lot of samples that are taken from NCS releasese.It's nice! Just finished my song called "Find Me In The Dark".

10. Other than those two things this app is amazing!I like the idea but I don't like that you have to pay for packs and can't download your songs.

1. Fix REMX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart REMX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the REMX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "REMX" » Open REMX: Music Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for REMX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear REMX: Music Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from REMX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "REMX: Music Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check REMX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, REMX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall REMX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall REMX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing REMX not working

2. Fix REMX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make REMX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to REMX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, REMX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
