Why should I report an Issue with Beat Snap - Music & Beat Maker?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Mixvibes to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. To record the entire beat you have to click the number/tempo in the top right corner of the screen and you'll see a button that says "Audio Record" you'll know what I'm talking about once you find it.Overall I had a great time in this app but I'm not quite sure of recording... I pressed record and let it play through and hat two problems, 1 I can only record one section of my song even if I try to press the button to fix it, it just doesn't seem to work.

2. The record feature doesn't work, you cannot save your sequences either so I've Uninstalled and changed 4 stars to two.The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there haven't been any new packs in over a year.

3. It is probably just my device because I've seen the other reviews and they have given 5 stars.I can't have access to notes that aren't in the current sample? when I try to record a beat, it only stays at the first tab or whatever the name is really, the others are blocked.

4. On the list of benefits shown before purchasing a subscription, it was mentioned that there would be weekly new sounds added for premium users and turns out that IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE TO SUBSCRIBE! I don't recommend any type of purchase associated with this app.

5. Fine if that's what you're after but personally.. I want to try & be completely original.There is quite a few bugs in it like whenever I play my music, it glitches out and turns out horrible in a really laggy way.

6. The weekly updates are nice, there is a ton of content and you can actually make really cool music and even produce actual tracks worth listening to with this app alone and that says a lot.

7. 👍Good job.Colourful and chunky and has some great sounds but it's a little bit too complete for anyone wanting to create their own original music.

8. I would love to see some new packs and some bug fixes other than that this app is so good and I like making music with it.

9. I really want to make music with this but it sounds terribly grating and I can't find a way to make it stop.

10. and I also want to make it very clear that you CAN record the beats you make it's just a bit confusing because there are 2 record buttons.

1. Fix Beat Snap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Beat Snap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beat Snap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beat Snap" » Open Beat Snap - Music & Beat Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beat Snap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beat Snap - Music & Beat Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beat Snap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beat Snap - Music & Beat Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beat Snap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beat Snap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beat Snap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beat Snap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beat Snap not working

2. Fix Beat Snap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beat Snap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Beat Snap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Beat Snap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
