Microsoft Surface Customer Insights

1. I pause the audio on one device, then start playing on the other and the headphones catch up in about 2 secondsIt does provide an overview of the headphones’ settings and allows you to adjust some of them... Main issue: One is unable to change the headphones’ language (the app recommends using a PC with USB-cable, but there the similar app just outright lies and pretends not to find an Internet connection; but even if you select to change the language via Bluetooth, nothing happens).I love the headphones and like the app especially the eq, I wish there was a way to keep some voice promps on and some others off instead of just one toggle button for all of them.

2. They pair and work fine but no matter what I do the app does not see them.App offers lots of nice info about the headset, good EQ options, and detailed real time settings of your headset such as volume level, battery, and noise cancelling level.

3. For example I really like how when you turn the headphones on it tells you how many hours of battery life is left, but I don't want it to tell me all the noise cancelling info cause I can just use the tones to determine that and the voice can get in the way of the ambient sound.

4. - Noise-cancellation needs a clear "Off" option in menu - "Low" setting on noise-cancellation results in a noisy sound floorI use this for the surface headphones 2, and it works ok.

5. After the latest update my Surface headphones now skip at regular intervals while listening to music from any application on my Pixel 6.

6. Only gripe I have with that app is that on the Android 11 beta the app will not respond to the touch screen while the headset is connected and playing music, the only way to get touch back is by disconnecting the headset and rebooting the phone.

7. The place it falls short is when assigning devices to play on because the headphones don't sometimes stick to the devices I try to connect to but will sometimes stubbornly switch against my will.

8. Then you update the app and now I can't connect the app to either pair of my Surface Headphones 2.

9. It does not happen with my other headphones and resetting, rebooting, reinstalling doesn't help.

10. I can either have voice on or off, which I turn off because I don't need it to read out my PC name each time I connect or tell me the noise cancellation level.

11. - Would love to see entire list of devices that have paired with my headphones and be able to swap between them.
