1. I'm not even able to leave this review on MeWe in the play storeAVOÏD this app and the company that owns it! 👎👎👿👿👿! Unless you enjoy being locked out of the app if you don't use it when the company spans your inbox to prompt you to do so on its time schedule, NOT yours! Don't be duped by it's empty marketing lip service.

2. Every several years it has to be replaced.MeWePro is a wonderful set of communication tools for those who want the security of encryption and total online privacy, without sacrificing ease of use, and ability to interact in a colorful and friendly manner.

3. That isn't something we need or are looking for or frankly want in our app/face when we open it to message team members.They have no customer service number and I cancelled my free 30 day subscription after like 5 minutes and then the next day they pulled the 4.99 of my card anyways.

4. The Google play store said that the app was no longer available for my smartphone but I had uninstalled it and checked my smartphone for any system updates but there weren't any updates.

5. I can't say enough good things about this online sanctuary from intrusive and undeserved online scrutiny.App seems great, but now, trial is over and the cost is seems high for what you get.

6. We just keep talking and it is a distraction to have to keep watching for the end as we speak, then we start rushing... Please allow us to opt to be prompted, either so many seconds before it ends so we can finish up and then another, maybe longer prompt to show it has ended.

7. Our group (USA version) has struggled to find a vehicle.. and MeWePro is sooo IT! Thank you for allowing us to use your "fab" system.

8. The app sucks!! They are thieves and should be shut down and locked up.I am part of the Connecting Consciousness Group and I LOVE the way the app "pings" me w conversations that are uplifting warming & inspiring.

9. I went back into the Google Play store and the MeWe app was still unavailable for my smartphone.

10. The regular mewe seems ok, but the issue we have with it is, its a social media type feel.

11. Or stop the wavy line from displaying because that is easy to spot at a glance, without having to focus on and think about what number is shown in small print.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MeWePRO Issues

1. Fix MeWePRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MeWePRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MeWePRO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MeWePRO" » Open MeWePRO » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MeWePRO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MeWePRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MeWePRO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MeWePRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MeWePRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MeWePRO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MeWePRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MeWePRO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MeWePRO not working


2. Fix MeWePRO Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MeWePRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MeWePRO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MeWePRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
