  • I love mewe but lately if I try to post anything that I've saved from a different social media it won't post. However if I go to my gallery on phone and do a screen shot of what I want to post then I can post screen shot. Mewe is the only app I have this issue. How do we fix this?

  • I have set up an event in a MeWe page, and have it set as to recur every Monday. It sets the first event for the Monday that I select, then sets the recurring dates for Sundays. I've deleted the series and tried a new event, and the same thing happened. I start with a Monday, and select "every Monday". Can you advise? Thanks in advance.

  • Another payment has been made for both my premium MeWe subscription and my 500GB cloud storage subscription still with no changes. Now since June 20, 2021 MeWe has received 2 monthly payments and I still can't post any photos. It's just frustrating being that I had begun to use MeWe more than Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. MeWe is also the first social media platform that I've put my money into. I've been a premium and 500GB subscriber since November of 2020, and a MeWe member since August of 2017. I understand that this is a small company, but not to receive a response after 5 emails and around $40 of payments to your company with no return of service is horrible. I've reached out for assistance from MeWe Help groups on the app, I Google searched Help, I've messaged your Instagram account, Tweeted your Twitter accounts, and asked Google Play Store for assistance but the problem is still there. I'd pay again if there's some mixup that I'm missing. It really seems to be a MeWe error that I'm suffering and paying for. Mewe has already removed 8GB of my storage and counting down to another 8GB of my paid storage. The email connected to my MeWe account is [email protected] Please help.

This is beyond ridiculous!!! I want it deleted and I want a refund of $14.97 ASAP!!! Under GDPR or CCPA I do not need to provide a reason for my request, and I am not. The penalty for your non-compliance is a $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.
