I keep hiding group chats in 2 groups but they keep coming back in a day or two. I DO NOT open chat in those groups for any reason so that is not why the chat unhides itself! How do I PERMANENTLY hide group chat???

First I could not access my account with my current email address. Message said it was incorrect. Then I created a new account with same email address to get in. Before and after I set up the new account I tried to chat with a live agent but was blocked by error messages. Hi, Backstory: I already had a MeWe account and was paying $4.99 by CC monthly. About a week ago the login changed and I was not able to access the original account. Using the new Login page, I wound up accessing MeWe again and using an annual payment. Question/issue: Will I be charged twice now for original monthly subscription AND annual? If so, how do we cancel original monthly subscription (remember, I can not access original account now). Thanks

When I click on request it turns from gray to black for short time and back to gray again! it want open to show new requests? I am having an issue with adding contacts to my friends list. Every time I click on 'contacts', then click on 'requests', the page flickers but remains the same and I can't add any friends. Also, a suggestion: It is VERY difficult to contact MeWe directly. MeWe would be much more user-friendly if a page was added to enable users to contact the developers with any problems or requests. This is a major reason why I have NOT signed up for a paid subscription since there is not way to submit a request or problem.
