  • I tried to open my app, I was asked to log back in but I was told my email or password was incorrect. I attempted to do this several times to no avail. So I tried to reset my password, but I have never received the email to do this. I am worried that my account has been hacked, please could you let me know what is happening, thank you.

  • Hello. I had an account with mewe. I wanted to change my displayed name but I kept getting a message that I couldn't do that because I had changed that less than 60 days ago, which is not true. After a few tries (not on the same day), I decided to delete my account and start a new one, hopefully with another display name. Now I can't register with the same email address because it is already taken. I can't login with my old credentials either. I need help getting a new account with the same email address please.

    I would like to delete my MeWe Acc please. I Uma Le to do this from my iPhone as it is broken and cannot be fixed. As I understand under the GDPR/CCPA this request is to be taken seriously. My MeWe Acc is under my name being Rongonui Howard Clark.
    May I request that someone touch base with me via email [email protected] to ensure that the MeWe Acc has been permanently deleted.

    I wish the MeWe platform all the best. I encourage you all to keep up the great work, however I don’t use the platform as often as I would like therefore I ask that it be deleted.

  • 1. I'm tired of having to scroll through my posts. can you turn scrolling to turning pages? Not the kind of pages that already exist. I'm referring to 1 out of [#] of posts.

    2. I'm tired of feeling like my profile is being ghosted everyday. I'm tired of having to mention my contacts aka followers which is what I call them cuz I'm a refugee of G+, I'm tired of having to mention my followers in my posts. I want them to be able to see and come to my posts...independently. you know. naturally.

    3. you know how members can post to contacts only or public. There needs to be an option where members can post posts that they don't want the public nor the contacts to see but to themselves. you know. in a private journal way.

I have been trying to report him and his post but always get an automated reply from his side that they will take care of the issue but nothing happens.
