1. Restart Video Game Tracker Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Game Tracker Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Game Tracker Pro" » Open Video Game Tracker Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Game Tracker Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Game Tracker Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Game Tracker Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Game Tracker Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
