1. Please fix the option to adjust the aspect ratio to take away the black lines on the screen while i stream and i will start using this app again.I love this app! There is many cool filters, and you can go live! But I had one miner issue, I was on the filters checking them out, then all of the sudden everything froze, and I had to exit and go back into the app.

Some features I'd like to see in the future: the ability to turn off viewer count, USB camera (action cam) support, and an import/export option for the "My Studio" elements to make switching between phones easier.I like the app but the aspect ratio cannot be fixed while i stream, ive tried everything to fix the issue.

3. First, it doesn't allow scheduling a YouTube Live Stream for a later time and then streaming that event.

4. Thirdly, it needs a confirmation menu when ending the stream.I just downloaded the app and it started out fine but when I tried adding more pictures while editing my video of wouldn't let me.

The only hang up I have is that I need to be able to change the "scene transition" on the Mac version (basically, change the transition style... it would be great to have more than one option to make it more seamless).In my opinion, this is currently the best app for livestreaming to Twitch from a phone.

7. Everytime I stream it creates two black lines on the sides so it takes away from seeing the entire outlook of the video.

9. Secondly, it doesn't have a pause stream feature which is really helpful when trying to get the stream to reconnect or when you need a quick break to fix something.

1. Fix PRISM Live Studio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PRISM Live Studio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PRISM Live Studio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PRISM Live Studio" » Open PRISM Live Studio: Games & IRL » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PRISM Live Studio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PRISM Live Studio: Games & IRL app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PRISM Live Studio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PRISM Live Studio: Games & IRL" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PRISM Live Studio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PRISM Live Studio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PRISM Live Studio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PRISM Live Studio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PRISM Live Studio not working

2. Fix PRISM Live Studio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PRISM Live Studio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PRISM Live Studio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PRISM Live Studio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
