But if you are a returning user, the issue is gone.Used to be fantastic, everything I've got in the app is still saved properly, but I can't add games from TheGamesDB or GiantBomb anymore- TheGamesDB search doesn't work at all, and the GiantBomb one returns bizzare search results like it's reading info incorrectly or something.

2. Highly recommend for anyone who actively hunts video games, or has a sizable videogame collection.LOVE this app, chose to purchase the super cheap full version and I haven't looked back.

3. Good but cumbersome for tracking a collection though.Support has seemingly ended for this, but whatever issue was causing the app to not poll Giant Bomb correctly has been resolved, so the app DOES work again.

4. I love the "pick a random game from your collection" feature to help me pick a game to play!For $.99 I have really enjoyed the sorting and labeling feature of this app.

5. Could be so much better.Used to be good because it was possible to search a database with a blank query showing all titles for a selected system, then you could add them to a wish list.

7. Transfering phones makes you lose all pictures and the mass cover art downloader just does not work.

1. Restart Game Collection Tracker Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Game Collection Tracker Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Game Collection Tracker Pro" » Open Game Collection Tracker Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Game Collection Tracker Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Game Collection Tracker Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Game Collection Tracker Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Game Collection Tracker Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Game Collection Tracker Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Game Collection Tracker Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Game Collection Tracker Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Game Collection Tracker Pro then reinstall.
