Why should I report an Issue with Merlin: Search for Jobs, Work & Career Listings?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. When you open the app there's a lot of jobs but when you put filter it stays "no result " when match making with your profile because I never gotten a job yet.I keep trying to apply to jobs that were sent to my email, but whenever I click apply it takes me into the app, and says "the current version of my app doesn't support this feature and needs to update" my app is completely up to date.

2. I have that auto apply feature turned off but yet im still getting auto messages?? Please fix this i dont want my inbox overcrowded.This app does not match you with jobs well and does not even give you a decent selection of filters.

3. I may change my rating if the filters and search criteria is improved.The reason why I'm rating this app 2 stars is because the filter options gotten worst, it keep saying "No result" and when it dont it shows 1 or 3 jobs.

4. I had to sign up through my browser instead.I love this App! It's so interactive with the messenger service, they automatically apply to jobs that match my experience and preferences and I get a bunch of managers contact me per day.

5. while setting up my profile I accidentally applied to three jobs that I have no interest in.Once I open the app for the first time, I can't make an account or sign in.

6. Starting to think the jobs are fake.WISH YOU CAN DELETE MESSAGES!! Not sure why this app doesnt give the option to delete messages! You only have the option to withdraw application.

7. Additionally, the way the app is set up, it makes it very easy to accidentally apply to jobs that you have no interest in.

8. The interface itself is very simple and easy to use and I thought the whole chat option was really good to connect you with jobs.

9. However the selection of jobs are very small, unless youre looking to look for work in retail, IT or the military, its really hard to get specific with the search.

10. It seems like this app has more jobs that are willing to train as opposed to mandatory experience in many fields and I appreciate that too.

11. Overall this app isn't for me.There are so few filters for this app that it's nearly impossible to sift through the jobs I ACTUALLY want.

1. Fix Merlin Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Merlin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Merlin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Merlin" » Open Merlin: Search for Jobs, Work & Career Listings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Merlin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Merlin: Search for Jobs, Work & Career Listings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Merlin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Merlin: Search for Jobs, Work & Career Listings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Merlin app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Merlin might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Merlin. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Merlin then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Merlin not working

2. Fix Merlin Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Merlin be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Merlin not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Merlin may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
