1. Horrible app in my opinion 🤮This app when you don't have internet one time it never turns back on and when I try to watch the add it just stops and this game stuck I would of have gave it a 0 but I had to give a 1 don't download this it's a waste of time trying to figure out this don't download it it sucks don't waste your energy of downloading the gameThis app is horrible! I scanned my face and waited and probably I'm going to wait like 10 minutes.

2. Then you get to the prediction screen which is useless, basically just a mirror, it doesn't let you scan your face and the picture goes in a different direction! What a shame, all these apps don't actually work they just place ads for your desire (not really a desire is it?).Literally trash.

3. It doesn't change anything really just makes hair gray and makes face wrinkles, as you age up it only changes hair color and looks terrible.

4. The product isn't worth all the time you spend watching ads, and I would never spend money on a "premium" or "VIP" for this app unless I knew the quality of the pictures was going up drastically.

5. One where I wanted to age myself, I put my face into the camera but it told me it needed a clear face for it to work, I tried about 3 times more and it still didn't work.

6. Although I didn't,I do not recommend this app do not download it it's a scam!😱Saw this ad on YouTube, it looked good and useable, turns out its not.

7. Other than that, the age slider isn't a slider, it's a set of three pictures at different ages and they just look like you with wrinkles.

8. And the only thing that changed was the hair color (brown to gray) and wrinkles.

1. Fix Relax Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Relax: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Relax App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Relax" » Open Relax - Age Magic & Meditation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Relax » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Relax - Age Magic & Meditation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Relax servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Relax - Age Magic & Meditation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Relax app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Relax might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Relax. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Relax then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Relax not working

2. Fix Relax Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Relax be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Relax not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Relax may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
