1. You cant download music anymore, youtube browsing must have the phone on now or it automatically pauses, ads that block the current song at the bottom that you constantly end up clicking, an aggravating news scroll at the side that drags you back into the app no matter what your doing.

2. When I first got it, it was amazing and had everything I wanted; I could download music, go on YouTube and listen to music while also turning the phone itself off , and could even browse for music online as well.

This app, us now officially THE MOST USELESS AND PROBLEMATIC music app you can get on the app store, congratulations to Go music, I thought YouTube was bad with their updating, but you win by a land slide.I hate the new update because before I can skip what song to play through my lock screen but every time I get a notification, the app won't have the screen go back to black.

4. I love the features on this app like the ability to shuffle the songs and rate your most favorite songs on the playlist you have, you can also have multiple playlists and actually name them! I reccomend this for anyone who wants to listen to any music, anywhere!😀Okay so I had this app forever.

5. That is $120 a year down the drain!!!! So in my conclusion, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!To everyone who can't find any other music apps: Maybe try Spotify Music.

6. So if you already have music downloaded from a different app onto your phone it will let you listen offline.

7. but the thing i do like is that you can download music from within the app but there are so many features missing that other music apps have.

8. But my only issue is you actually have to go onto a website (a mp3 downloader) and manually download music because if you dont, then the music you download on this app wont work without wifi.

9. It took me forever to find one where you could download all the songs you want and still listen offline, but it was obviously just a matter of time before you had to go premium just to download them.

10. I used it for a few days before it stopped playing music and keeps showing "Oops, the song is disconnected.", Even on different apps AND when it's closed out.

11. I tried through both of their options (facebook and google).It CRASHED my phone and made it restart when changing a song.!! also when i downloaded an album, it didn't download it to the right album, instead it made its own album.

1. Fix GO Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GO Music: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GO Music App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GO Music" » Open GO Music - Offline & online music, free MV, MP3 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GO Music » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GO Music - Offline & online music, free MV, MP3 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GO Music servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GO Music - Offline & online music, free MV, MP3" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GO Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GO Music might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GO Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GO Music then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GO Music not working

2. Fix GO Music Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GO Music be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GO Music not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GO Music may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
