With the latest upgrade, several of the sounds have stopped playing if any others are running (seems to be the ones categorized as ambient), the app shuts itself off after 20-30 minutes (which doesn't work if I'm trying to drown out the snoring of a roommate), and even though it has shut down I still get warnings from the OS that it's causing heavy battery usage.This is the most straightforward and simple app.

Other than that it's a great app but if the skipping becomes unfixable it can be annoying.This was my favorite sleep app for several years until their last update in January, I can't even get it to open now! When I try to open it, it closes immediately, and I get an error message saying that it has a bug! I have tried deleting it and reinstalling several times in hopes that the "bug" would go away, but it's still there.

3. For those who have issues with the app automatically turning off, you need to go into the battery settings and go to power saving exclusions, and exclude this app from battery saving.

7. Third issue but has been from the very beginning is you can hear where it loops, it needs to be blended a little better.I've used it for many years without problems, up until now.

1. Fix Relax and Sleep Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Relax and Sleep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Relax and Sleep App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Relax and Sleep" » Open Relax and Sleep » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Relax and Sleep » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Relax and Sleep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Relax and Sleep servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Relax and Sleep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Relax and Sleep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Relax and Sleep might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Relax and Sleep. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Relax and Sleep then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Relax and Sleep not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Relax and Sleep be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
