Why should I report an Issue with Calm - Rain Sounds - Sleep and Relax?

1. Very helpful app!! Wish, however, they would take the rain sounds from INSIDE the house or the garage on a wooden roof! I don't like the trebble sounds, (such as the rain on the leaves) as much as the lower decibel sounds of the rain droplets on the roof.Revised opinion! Now it only lasts for 2 minutes! This has now become useless for its purpose.

2. (My downloaded sounds don't show up in the downloads tab.) Still giving this three stars for the very nice rain sounds, a nice interface and the fact that I haven't seen any annoying or disruptive advertisements.This app lulls me to sleep because it has so many different levels of background noise.

3. On Android 12, a list of apps (that can ask this right) will show up, but the app "Calm - Rain Sounds" is actually not in the list! Therefore, you cannot grant the rights.

4. My favorite is the Peaceful Rain, which sounds quite similar to the rain on my roof at night.

5. I might be on the verge of falling asleep, then all of a sudden the sound i was falling asleep too changed to a new one! Now I'm wide awake again!!! 😡 Other than that issue, I really like it!!Works and plays as describe.

6. What should have been an app for de-stressing and relaxation turned out to be a total nightmare!!The app still provides sound clips,but unfortunately you can not use it offline anymore on Android 12.

7. I would like to know just what that function it is suppose to do and how I might get permission to be able to use it.At the age of 12 I have not know the sound of silence.I have always had ringing in my ears that has grown louder with time.

8. Then it jumps to the next sound! I dont want to listen to the other sounds.

11. My ONLY complaint is that you can't listen to your favorite sound for more than 50 minutes.

1. Fix Calm Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Calm: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Calm App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Calm" » Open Calm - Rain Sounds - Sleep and Relax » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Calm » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Calm - Rain Sounds - Sleep and Relax app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Calm servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Calm - Rain Sounds - Sleep and Relax" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Calm app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Calm might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Calm. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Calm then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Calm not working

2. Fix Calm Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Calm be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Calm not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Calm may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
