1. there is no other way to make it back to original start interface.I have just bought it because one of my friend told me it is very good and it has a fast reject function that lets the caller does not hear a ring but unfortunately it not in this version !!!! Please i want the old version that have the fast reject option and thanks in advanceE: temporary 5 until I get spare time to mess with the app.

2. The 'kill' mode doesn't kill the in-calls completely like a 'Fast-Reject' mode on MTK devices.I would have gave 5 stars but it does not block text messages from people not in contacts.

3. I have noticed that some features, such as 'kill' & 'fast reject' of blocking methods on devices running with Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset is not 'working' or 'is missing' as it should, and that as works on MTK devices.

4. So, I was trying to figure out if this app had a setting to reveal hidden phone numbers / caller ID, because I don't want to block all private numbers, just the ones that may be harassing.

5. Only four stars though because documentation is pretty much nonexistent but the developer is quick to help with any question you may have on how to set up the different options in the app settings.

6. However, I had a situation yesterday whereby someone called from a private number (I couldn't identify the caller) to harass (for want of a better word) & I didn't recognize their voice either.

7. Just wish there was proper documentation on what all the different options mean.My intention of rating with 1★ is only to get your (developer) attention on my review for this wonderful and helpful app.

8. I paid for the full version thinking that would unlock that function but no, there is no difference.Its blocking all calls on my second sim card which is data only.

9. Does this work without root to block/silence sms notifications or not? I see it has a no root option but I cannot find what the limitations are of this in non root.

1. Fix Root Call SMS Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Root Call SMS Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Root Call SMS Manager App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Root Call SMS Manager" » Open Root Call SMS Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Root Call SMS Manager » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Root Call SMS Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Root Call SMS Manager servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Root Call SMS Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Root Call SMS Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Root Call SMS Manager might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Root Call SMS Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Root Call SMS Manager then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Root Call SMS Manager not working

2. Fix Root Call SMS Manager Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Root Call SMS Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Root Call SMS Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Root Call SMS Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
