Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NetShare Issues
1. Fix NetShare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart NetShare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the NetShare App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NetShare" » Open NetShare - no-root-tethering » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NetShare » click "UPDATE".
- Clear NetShare - no-root-tethering app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NetShare servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NetShare - no-root-tethering" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check NetShare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NetShare might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall NetShare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NetShare then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NetShare not working
2. Fix NetShare Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NetShare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NetShare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NetShare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

i thought this would work for what i needed... but it don't i could not even get it off my computer.... so i requested a refund off google play... wont they never do so im asking that the company refunds me 7.99 would be amazing i mean u got my money for something i cant use
I bought the full version several days ago with order number GPA.3301-5430-1140-41383 But the software doesn't work. The connection is very bad. Sometimes I can't connect to the wifi signal by NetShare, sometimes I can't see the wifi signal, sometimes the netshare server turned if off randomly and I have to restart, and the thing is once restarted the SSID and password both changed, everything needs to be start over again. It doesn't work at all. I am writing to request a full refund for this. I do like the idea of sharing the wifi signal and hope the software will be better and more reliable in the future (it would also be better if we could set up the SSID and password, which will be fixed). Thanks. Let me know when the refund will be processed.
So i downloaded the Neshare no root hotspot app and it was working fine. It stopped working, e.g. will not show the wireless hotspot name on HP laptops wifi connecto app. So I purchased it. It will not show up as a hotspot name anymore. My regular hotspot works fine. Its as if T-mobile disabled your app so it will not display its name to log in with. Can you explain what is going on? I dont want to have to use my bank to reverse the fee I paided. Bryan Hester

I am intrrested in pro version. But have tested both Netshare and Netshare+. What benifits are there ro which one for purchase option. What is added or missing from each compared? I would like to use as a hotspot on my phone to windows computer, firestick, and my android tablet. So far got everything working with either app except firestick. With pro version (of which one) will I be abke to set and save. My ssid.. and passcode. I think that will solve my firestick issues. Any detailed help appreciated. Where I bave it working it works great. I want better control and data speed. Thanks for your help and product.

I follow the instructions provided in the app to create hotspot from my android device, but when I connect to my iPhone there's not internet from the wifi. What should I do?
