1. It's amazing that you can bother me whenever you want, but I can't even get ahold of anybody from your end unless I pay for it! Outrageous!! It will be interesting to see if anybody even reads this, let alone reply or address it!Total rubbish.. offline maps and driving directions that only loads when you have a Internet connection!.. downloaded the map OK then when you have no Internet start the app and its tells you that it's loading adverts & just spins won't bring the map up at all .. uselessThe app states: "Requires internet connection".

2. Uninstalling...It sure helped when I couldn't get a cell signal,too bad all apps aren't as good ..sure couple little glitch's but over all with no signal.man it was handyWont let me use app it says that I need to allow location went and looked and location is on but camera and video was denied.

5. I can select my start point and destination by touching them on the map, which is a problem if I can't find the location on the map.

1. Restart GPS, Offline Maps & Directions: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

4. Check GPS, Offline Maps & Directions app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GPS, Offline Maps & Directions might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GPS, Offline Maps & Directions. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GPS, Offline Maps & Directions then reinstall.
