1. Thanks alot😊When I first installed this app, I was pretty impressed...UNTIL the Clean Junk feature wiped out ALL the files in my Documents folder! This app doesn't seem to know the difference between junk files and IMPORTANT files that need to be RETAINED! This is a costly flaw that needs to be addressed immediately! If you utilize this feature, review each file category drop-down list to deselect or select files as needed before giving the final go-ahead! DO NOT let the app decide this, or you'll be sorry!Super security is the best app I have ever used it is fully functional it has app lock locks each and every app on my phone I feel much safer always scanning Wi-Fi vulnerabilities I was in a doctor's office the other day Norton's to be exact here in Kentucky and super security let me know that their router had been hijacked to get off of their Wi-Fi immediately! Amazing app.

A more serious issue is that some of these advertisements blatantly invade privacy as evidenced by a recent advertisement displaying an exact product on the exact site I had viewed on another device when I had not used the device containing this app for days! A high-quality app would never allow such issues in the first place! Until this app improves such questionable security, I am not confident it is safe to continue using it, so I am afraid I must choose to uninstall for now -- a shame with all the potentially useful features.Works really fast n it's very simple to use.

3. So instead of downloading several apps to clean up and protect your phone, install the Super Security that will make your device happy again.

It doesn't take long to get your phone working in proper condition.I never even got the chance to use it until it started lagging and turned in results of crashing and making the screen say : "Unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped" this app is the reason why this keeps happening.

5. So, I never know if its truly clean? but to clarify this, with the many issues I'm having with my phone, it could be caused by my phone n nothing to do with the app itself...The past few weeks I have been searching for a security/cleaner app for my phone.

6. I am not really happy with once you scan the system and go to the main screen and the list says boost, clean or protect your apps, it says do it again and don't disappear so that everything is showing completed.

9. Shortly before my original review (February of this year), I unintentionally opened a link that led to a message claiming my device had been infected by viruses.

10. Plus it gets the job done, I couldn't ask for more...I'm adding that the app even after it's all been scanned n cleaned- it keeps showing the same messages of needing cleaning.

1. Fix Super Security Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Super Security: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Super Security App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Super Security" » Open Super Security - virus cleaner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Super Security » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Super Security - virus cleaner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Super Security servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Super Security - virus cleaner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Super Security app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Super Security might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Super Security. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Super Security then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Super Security not working

2. Fix Super Security Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Super Security be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Super Security not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Super Security may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
