Why should I report an Issue with DinoTools: ARK Survival Items?

1. Uninstalled.Before this app i cannot knaw about ARK survival evolved and after downloading this app i become a pro I have a now tek base and new tek armour and so many tamed dinos and flying birds like phoenix Griffins rexes etc and I also defeated so many bosses I have Mek and all tek creatures I like this app because it is very use fulWhat the hell? You don't have any option to accept your cookies agreement only Don't Accept and more info options are given then how can i accept.

It's good if u only play island.I wish i could use the app my phone keeps saying the app requires cookies it might but my phone isnt showing a accept option so the app looks amazing and i think it would be really helpfulI don't like that I can't use the app without accepting cookies.. I know they are for your benefit but there are many apps that don't require this for use.

3. I liked it but uninstalled it because it has no abberation or extinction stuff on there yet.

4. like if only the extinction stuff was missing I would give them a pass but even the abberation stuff is not on there.

1. Fix DinoTools Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DinoTools: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DinoTools App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DinoTools" » Open DinoTools: ARK Survival Items » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DinoTools » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DinoTools: ARK Survival Items app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DinoTools servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DinoTools: ARK Survival Items" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DinoTools app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DinoTools might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DinoTools. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DinoTools then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DinoTools not working

2. Fix DinoTools Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DinoTools be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DinoTools not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DinoTools may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
