Why should I report an Issue with Dododex: ARK Survival Evolved?

Usefulness far outweighs bugsWhile I do feel some things could/should be updated, like the fliers for example (wild ones don't put points into movement speed so the average, high scales for the other points should be increased), overall... this app is very helpful for taming purposes as well as breeding.

2. The recipe section is great too, and everyone seems to forget about it!! Been using this app for years, and I love it!! Don't let people fool you by saying it's inaccurate, granted it used to be a LOT more lackluster but it has improved significantly at this point.

4. I would like the app a lot more if the keyboard didn't pop up everytime I tap th creature selection box.It's been extremely helpful when prepping recipes, making dye, and taming especially.

5. It also saves me the hassle of saving recipes and having to go back and forth when I can't remember exactly what I needed for a recipe.Overall pretty accurate, but I usually bring extra narcs and tranqs anyway just in case because it's not perfect.

6. If I could change one thing I would do some kind of merger with the Ark wiki to avoid switching between the two when playing, but I'm sure there's a lot of logistics behind that I don't understand.

9. The only things that would bump this up to a 5* for me is adding a little check box in a top corner somewhere where I could indicate when I've captured a dino (totally for an achievement).

1. Fix Dododex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dododex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dododex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dododex" » Open Dododex: ARK Survival Evolved » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dododex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dododex: ARK Survival Evolved app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dododex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dododex: ARK Survival Evolved" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dododex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dododex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dododex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dododex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dododex not working

2. Fix Dododex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dododex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dododex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dododex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
