Why should I report an Issue with DinoTools: ARK Survival Map?

I've found more metal deposits in the bog and there's a few caves in the artic.Great app for gaming guys who play ark survival evolved in any map and I hope you can do an other upgrades for the future maps and places of the dinosaursThe fact that I can not get the databases needed to upgrade the maps like ragnarok is very disappointing to say the least.It's not working.

2. UninstallingAbsolutely brilliant! Honestly it helped me so much during Ark, from finding the artifacts and the cave entrances to the ore deposits! Great appWould b better if you had embedded the info from the sites linked cause you cannot zoom on web sights well and I've already got them linked on my home screen just extra steps I have an ingame map to put markersIt's ok.

3. And it's kind of odd that this map doesn't show wyvern nests in dragon island???A single resource marker takes up nearly an entire 10 by 10 sector.

4. It's not usable please fix itit just has a link to a website with a resource map might as well just look it up on GoogleNice to have a resource map.

5. It would be nice to have all the resources included, not just wyvern nests.

6. Also, the markers included are super limited.

7. But I think the Genesis map needs new marker updates.

8. The marks needs to be WAY smaller to actually see where its located.

9. Would have been a lot better if the Ragnarok map was updated.

10. I don't like that the entire desert is blurred out.

1. Fix DinoTools Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DinoTools: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DinoTools App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DinoTools" » Open DinoTools: ARK Survival Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DinoTools » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DinoTools: ARK Survival Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DinoTools servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DinoTools: ARK Survival Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DinoTools app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DinoTools might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DinoTools. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DinoTools then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DinoTools not working

2. Fix DinoTools Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DinoTools be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DinoTools not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DinoTools may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
