1. I have ended up in tears more than once when talking with them and trying to get money back.I hope you can resolve the issue with your mobile app and uploading receipts.
2. The interface for uploading and attachments is poor and needs updating to allow pdf receipts as that is what is the industry standard and used by most facilities upon request.
3. I'm not sure why you even have a mobile application as it serves no purpose when customers have to go to the website anyways.Save your money and do not use a pre-tax account.
4. I believe a menu option might be beneficial to this app.I set up my user name and password.
5. I wanted to view a document, and got to a screen that said there was no connection and gave me the option to retry, which did not work.
