1. Exposure and white balance lock work well, and the app does give nice time lapses, but i feel a bit cheated out of a function I was promised eith the purchase.

2. I can understand developer's need to use frame interval and video frame playback rate to compute recording time, however, actual playback rate is not close to the 24, 25 and 30 FPS offered.

3. Then I'd rate a "5"!App crashes from time to time and the Sleep Mode does not work, which was the driving factor on my purchase of the pro app.

4. I purchased the Pro...did not fix issue.It USED to work flawlessly, but it seems like the app is no longer being maintained (last update was in Sept 2017) and as a result it doesn't work on newer phone models.

5. When the actual photo is snapped, the software allows for a 'shutter' sound in order to time your changes between shots.

6. I haven't had the time yet to experimentally determine the actual rate, which will require a coefficient to adjust the displayed record time.

7. Really weird and strange flickering and jumping in the colors even with white balance and exposure is on lock! High performance mode? Doesn't really do anything on my phone, P20.

8. But too often, it has a fatal bug: it doesn't stop after your designated duration - it just keeps on "recording", and if you try to stop it with the shutter button, it erases everything.

1. Restart Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy)" » Open Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Framelapse 1 Pro (Legacy) then reinstall.
