About HryFine

1. The usage scenarios are as follows: When a user's phone calls or get a message, we push the corresponding information to the HryFine device via BLE.

2. HryFine is an application that integrates data and services for wearable products to provide users with a complete, unified and convenient experience.

3. Call reminder, SMS notification is the core function of the app.

4. This function is our key function which can only be achieved by using this permission.

5. With this application, you can: (1) Receive calls reminders, SMS reminders, synchronous SMS, address book, Remote photo taking, third-party app message real-time push, etc. (2) Check the bracelet's power, Bluetooth anti-lost warning and device search. (3) Support languages are Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Russian, etc.

HryFine Customer Insights

1. The watch says I've slept over 29h so far, but no sleep data in the app for the last couple days.I give it a three star rating because the watch is nice and does well as a basic device.

2. My bluetooth works, and I have the app running in the background, but it doesn't stay connected when I have to charge either the phone or watch.

3. For example, the sleep monitoring function on the app doesn't always sync up with the watch.

4. Blood pressure and hr seem to be accurate.The watch is great, but the app could use some work.

5. The app used to work for the X8 but there is no way to change this watch to 12 hour time with this app.

6. Maybe features i expected are $100 kind of watch stuff lolTrouble from the beginning & it never got better.

7. NOT aceptable!The bottom line is : Basic watch, fits the price.

8. Best to just download app and sync watch and play around with it for a bit.

9. The device/fitness watch kept clearing the step count back to 0 throughout the day when it disconnected, charged or turned off.

10. WYSIWYGThe watch will not stay paired to the app, and when it disconnects I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to pair.

11. Msgs do come over the watch , no music will go thru, the app u have to download.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HryFine Issues

1. Fix HryFine Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HryFine: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HryFine App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HryFine" » Open HryFine » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HryFine » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HryFine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HryFine servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HryFine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HryFine app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HryFine might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HryFine. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HryFine then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HryFine not working


2. Fix HryFine Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HryFine be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HryFine not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HryFine may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • My hryfine watch died tmao I plugged it into the two prong charger and let it charge overnight. When I went to turn it on this morning, it was just stuck on the charging screen with an arrow pointing down to a picture of the green battery and the time underneath. It is stuck on this screen and holding down the power button or the dial is not working. Even on the charger it just continues to charge but still will not turn on. Help me I just got this watch.

  • I purchased 2 Smart watches one pink, one black on 21 April, 2021. I downloaded the app and managed to bind one watch and not the other watch. I noticed the watch which was working, the straps seemed loose. I wore it for 3 days and this morning when I was hoovering, it just came apart and fell to the floor.   • My Hryfine app on my Android for the SmartWatch will not connect to my phones BlueTooth anymore. I've Uninstalled and Installed 3 times. Cleaned my phone. Rebooted phone. Turned phone off, turned on, installed Hryfine and still will not connect to Bluetooth.
    I've allowed everything I'm supposed to. My Wifi is working and my Bluetooth is on. Location permissions is on. Still will not connect...
    Is there a different app for the watch that works, or is Hryfine the only one.

  • I have bought 2 different types if you’re smart watches and they all do the same thing! I originally bought an X8 on Mercari then it didn’t want to sync up with my phone. It didn’t even tell the right time. So I bought a new one from Amazon B03H. Work good for a day then the app doesn’t want to sync. Tried everything to resync them but nothing works. I have it right next to it and the app can’t find them. Basically I can’t even have a watch with how messed up these things are!

    I received a smart watch from a friend as a gift that was given to me in the box of another irrelevant smart watch. However, I’m unable to verify which make or model the actual watch is and can’t find any information about it anywhere online or where it’s sold. I was able to track the watch to the Hryfine app since it was in the instructions but can’t find any model to look up. The watch is essentially a dupe of the Apple watch with a smooth band with holes instead of a typical watch bracelet. The screen has a small touch dot under the screen too. If possible, could help me identify the model and also where it is sold in the U.K.? Many thanks

  • My watch works fine, my app works fine, they paired fine, but it won’t sync any data. Won’t record my sleep, won’t track heart rate periodically, only tracks heart rate or any vitals when I manually do it but won’t sync it to the app. My biggest concern is when I open the app it clears all data on both watch and app back to zero! I have reset it, unpaired it and repaired it, uninstalled and reinstalled, Bluetooth is on, nothing is helping! Please help!
