1. This makes it virtually impossible to use the customer service features because it requires you to keep the app open the whole time chat is connecting you (which can take UP TO AN HOUR in my experience) and then the whole time you're chatting.

2. It says Tailoring your experiance,then a message comes up saying an unexpected error occured try again if problem persists contact support.

3. I just wish it included complete material composition (i.e: 10% spandex 90% cotton, nickel buttons/zippers, that kind of info.). Also wish it had a like/favorite option to bookmark a list of products to view later.App not working.

4. I cannot switch between apps because every time I open another app, it closes entirely and forces me to reload it.

5. I log in and then a thing pops up saying error, then I hit continue and a loading screen appears with the words 'tailoring your experience' and nothing else happens.

6. You're better off on their desktop.Every single time I open the app, it takes so long to load that I have to restart it.

7. Each time you choose a different colour you need to select your size again.

8. Spent some time on the phone with customer support just to get it to go through.

9. Your phone becomes unavailable that whole time.This app is painfully bad.

10. Cant get in to contact support, bopefully i'll get a reply if i give it less stars but great app.App is essentially an in-app mobile web browser.

1. Fix Levi's Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Levi's: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Levi's App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Levi's" » Open Levi's - Shop Denim & More » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Levi's » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Levi's - Shop Denim & More app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Levi's servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Levi's - Shop Denim & More" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Levi's app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Levi's might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Levi's. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Levi's then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Levi's not working

2. Fix Levi's Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Levi's be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Levi's not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Levi's may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
