1. I also like that you can set multiple reminders with the paid version, which I find helps a lot since my main problem is making time. This is a great training aid, but after 3 or 4 sessions it can get a bit boring to have to keep the app on the screen for it to work.
2. PS I'm doing these exercises after complaints from the gal that I am not lasting long enough (she wants 20 mins of penetration without stopping)This app is great! I have had incontinence really bad in the past, then had a full hysterectomy so my body has been messed up for some time.
3. Can't wait to see if and when my boyfriend notices a difference! Haha BTW he is using it too!I looked at four different free apps and this one seems to be the best if I wanted to be able to customize it with my goals.
4. This simple app has meant I do remember and has given me the incentive to keep on doing the exercises as I love having a record of my achievement.
5. Easy to use, private, and best, it's helping me make the exercises a habit, and I can feel benefits already! 7/21/2022 UPDARE: Still using this! The benefits are real.
6. Great that when my muscles get stronger I can change to a harder level. After trying for a week or so I have updated my rating to 5* & paid to upgrade.
7. But after 2 days I've found while using in the background, it misses the second vibration after the resting phase to let me know that i need to start squeezing again.
8. Visual screen patterns are simple and effective; choice of vibrate and/or chime with the rep counts is great.
9. I think it's well worth the $2.99 to let the app run in the background, that way I can start the app, then go do something else on my phone and it will continue to beep & vibrate to tell me when to squeeze & release.Of the 4 apps I've tried, this is the best.
10. For it's price I hope that these problems can be fixed very soon.Always intend to do my pelvic floor exercises and always forget.
11. Other kegel apps I've used automatically increase the amounts it has you do, even if you've skipped a few days or you feel like you're not ready to increase difficulty.
