CapCut Customer Insights

1. I still recommend it and I hope they fix it for me.i love this app for editing on tiktok! i find it a little bit annoying that, whenever i edit and i go to graphs and choose custom i have to copy it all the time in many clips that i have, why can't there be an option that saves the graph preset instead of me copying it over and over.

2. Please fix this! I don't know what I'm gonna do If I can't use capcut anymore.This app doesnt have any ads, and its so easy to edit things! My only problems is that you cant use the templates or anything like that offline, and when your editing a video and then delete the picture or whatever out of your phone, it doesnt save the thing and u have to use a different one.

3. I hope these issues can be resolved.Been using this app for edits for the past several months, and while it was great in the beginning, the text update that happened earlier this year has been really bugging me.

4. The app keeps freezing up every single time I add a video or a photo it's just really hard to work with if I open it on my browser then it doesn't work at all some audios that I add into the video that I'm going to upload to tiktok don't work once I upload it.

5. Sometimes I can't even open a video to edit it without the app crashing Capcut was my favorite app to edit videos on but the bug with chromebooks makes the editing process impossible.

6. but overall this app is good!I've been using this app for a long time and tell me why it's suddenly glitching out like no tomorrow.

7. I have been using CapCut for a long time.

8. I have tried to reverse in new projects just in case it was the current project was interfering!Don't get me wrong, I love editing and always use capcut.

9. Editing text has been so much worse ever since they overhauled it.

10. When I'm adding graphs to my key frames, I have to put them from last to first, or else the middle of the clip will have it move to the corner of the screen.

11. same goes with the effects! let there be an option where you can apply to all clips instead of needing to copy it to every single clip one by one.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CapCut Issues

1. Fix CapCut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CapCut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CapCut App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CapCut" » Open CapCut - Video Editor » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CapCut » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CapCut - Video Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CapCut servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CapCut - Video Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CapCut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CapCut might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CapCut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CapCut then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CapCut not working


2. Fix CapCut Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CapCut be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CapCut not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CapCut may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    I made a mistake, the "Purchase Subscription" I expected the outcome of the transaction to be a failure, I wasn't expecting my account linked to my father's Gcash account, however, it was the opposite. 🤦‍♂️

    He knew about it... Gave him the notification... I'm glad I'm not dead

    Seriously I expected a "Failure to purchase" or "Transaction failure"
    Something like that... 🤦‍♂️

    I immediately and desperately cancelled the subscription on Google play service.
    It took ₱449, a huge amount... Due to my idiotic choice...
    I without a doubt hugely apologize for this inconvenience, for my stupidity 🤦‍♂️

    I do not wish my father to be charged, for my blind actions. I hope you'll understand, and this certainly taught my stupid intelligence a huge lesson.
    I could send a screenshot as a proof of the successful payment.
    I am not expecting a refund, but it certainly would help both me and my father.
    I am literally guilty for this 🤦‍♂️

  • I'll Start With The Good Before I Move Onto My Complaint Because I Truly Do Love This App, I LOVE Cap-Cut, It's Amazing, And Easy, And Intuitive, And The Selection of Effects/Sounds/Etc. is Amazing. The Latest Update You Guys Put Out Was EXACTLY What I Was Hoping You'd add.
    However...
    The Playback Is Having SEVERE Issues With Fps Drops, and Lag. The App Crashes Constantly And I Dont Know Why.
    Since The New Update, If I Click Even SLIGHLY Off What I Was Trying To, It Moves Stuff Around For No Reason. Since The Update As well, Every Now And Then, Videos On My Track Will Suddenly Have Screwy Audio. It Sounds Like This App Is Incredible, And I Need It For Editing My YouTube/TikTok Content, But Right Now, It's Just Running SO Badly I Cant Edit Anything. If It Helps At All I'm Using The PC Version.

  • I have worked on a video for a week and was about to download it when the app told me that I had too much storage space. So I went to clear my storage space by deleting my videos.   • Today I was using CapCut when it suddenly wouldn’t let me import a 5 or so minute video so I closed the app and tried it again. It didn’t work so I then closed out of CapCut yet again.     I have used capcut around 2 month, its a wonderfull app. But yesterday when i export a video, the video has a light, like the original picture turn into more bright or white (it only effect on animation). I know its not a big deal but it really make me uncomfortable and make me want to quit edit. I dont know if this a bug to me or one of the system but if you know the way to remove the white thing, pls tell me or if this one of the system, pls remove it

I have projects that need to be completed that I started with the sound effects that were removed and I desperately need them back.
