Why should I report an Issue with FaceQ?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Bytedance Pte. Ltd. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It gets frustrating after a few mins of trying to figure it out.I love the customizability and references but for some reason the share and save function dont seem to work, so I cant export my pictures outside the app :( maybe its device support issues, but im using a One Plus 6TVery cool, but they should add more objects.

2. I was able to make couples and solo characters, but now it just makes a weird noise everytime I make a choice and it resets to the menu screen.First time using this app and it works perfectly.

4. What if I want a GREEN mustache? Or what if I want to remove my eyebrows or get me dressed with the "other genre's" clothes? Or what if I want to move my eyes a little bit closer? This is a great app, but it needs some improvements.Great app.

5. Please fix this :)I love this app but recently, I've been uninstalling and reinstalling it and every time it's zoomed it massively and I can't save the full character/avatar.

6. But now every time I open it, it's super zoomed in an I can't zoom out.

7. Overall this is an amazing app.For whatever reason the window where your character is, is super zoomed in and you can't zoom out.

9. It did function for awhile, but whenever I am about to save it *now*, it says "Open storage permission first".

10. And even when you save a picture of your character the picture is also super zoomed in.

1. Fix FaceQ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FaceQ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FaceQ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FaceQ" » Open FaceQ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FaceQ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FaceQ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FaceQ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FaceQ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FaceQ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FaceQ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FaceQ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FaceQ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FaceQ not working

2. Fix FaceQ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FaceQ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FaceQ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FaceQ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
