It exports once, then after that, the app doesnt work at all.This app is not at all good!🙄 My media only doesn't load, so how can I even start some actual editing!?😑 Capcut has only wasted my time....I don't recommend downloading it🥲What happened? I downloaded it for the second time but it still in the loading process.

2. My gallery photos are not even coming up in the screen.What a stupid app is this..when i going to edit after installed ..the app is loading for hours and hours but still not getting me to the editing page.

1. Fix FilmIns Capcut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FilmIns Capcut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FilmIns Capcut App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FilmIns Capcut" » Open FilmIns Capcut - storycut vide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FilmIns Capcut » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FilmIns Capcut - storycut vide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FilmIns Capcut servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FilmIns Capcut - storycut vide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FilmIns Capcut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FilmIns Capcut might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FilmIns Capcut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FilmIns Capcut then reinstall.
