If a company claims to have a premium nutrition system, for those prices, they should be able to afford to pay a developer to create a state of the art app for the business!Worst Website Ordering Experience - Terrible User Interface!!! You have to cancel and reorder auto ships if you want to make a change? Trying to use the app to order is pointless.
2. We pay top dollar for these products, i expect that all packaging of product is correct! I am having trouble to resolve this issue with their support team and it seems that theres no competency here in support of our promoters and customers! Its good product, just not happy with unresolved matters.😡😡😡😡Some info is there.
3. Ordering really needs to be streamlined.I just downloaded the app on my new phone and it will not open without me to open with out allowing access to my contacts or my images which there's no way on Earth I'm doing that.
4. Super frustrating as I had an issue with the items that I ordered and I want to contact customer service and now I have no idea how I can do that.This app awful to use.
5. I can't do anything to my order with it.Have had issue with the packaging of the product.
6. This app works well when it works for me... I get stuck in order search bar and no products come up.
7. I also got stuck in middle of order and had to go redo my order online in the website.
8. This morning i open up one capsule packaging to find that it had only 1 capsule inside the packet instead of 2capsules.
9. I've had to twice cancel order in two months.
10. Trying to enter an auto ship enter date, OK.
11. I can't edit my autoship at all or change what's being shipped or even add more items to my cart.
