1. Its disgustingFor the pro version, there should NOT be a requirement for us to restart every 3 hours! If we have the free version, then that's understandable, but with the pro version since it's being paid for, then it should be kept running!I purchased this app 1 year back.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CryptoTab Browser Pro Level Issues

1. Fix CryptoTab Browser Pro Level Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CryptoTab Browser Pro Level: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CryptoTab Browser Pro Level App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CryptoTab Browser Pro Level" » Open CryptoTab Browser Pro Level » click "Update".

  3. Clear CryptoTab Browser Pro Level app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CryptoTab Browser Pro Level servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CryptoTab Browser Pro Level" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CryptoTab Browser Pro Level app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CryptoTab Browser Pro Level might not work.

  • I have made the payment for x5 speed booster, the payment is successful, the money is also debited from my bank account but my mining speed is still showing x1 so can you please fix this problem as soon as possible or if that is not possible then please issue a refund as soon as possible only then I will rate it with 5 stars because I tried contacting customer service for this problem 3 times but didn't receive any reply yet.

  • Have registered an affiliate yesterday (from iOS to android) and the affiliate does not show up in my affiliates.
    No direct contact with crypto tab possible, unacceptable in my opinion.

  • Hey.

    I am using the app cryptotab pro. when the mining stopped after 3 hours I wanted to click on it so I could continue mining. Only when I click on enable the mining does not continue. I am using this app on a samsung s10 with android. I tried to reinstall the app, I also emptied my cash but none of that works. I put a lot of money into this, what should I do now?
