KW Customer Insights

1. Not happy with this CRM.Super easy and love being able to keep my business update right on my phoneCommand has stopped working after this updateIt was working but now my Samsung phone opens a prompt that the app has a bug and won't let it open until there is an update to fix said bug.

2. I remember when this app first began it was so difficult but now it is more user-friendly, and definitely pertaining more towards making lead generation fun and accessible.Have to keep reinstall it every week it stop working.New update it's totally stopped opening.

3. the chat support people didnt response (it was during normal business hours) and never followed up with past support tickets.

4. Uninstalled and reinstalled.In the last three weeks the landing pages didt work when trying to have people put in their information for my database.

5. Yesterday the email campaign templates would not load, and for the second time this year ri cant send out facebook ad s because it failed and gave me error messages.

6. After not signing in for some time, when I open the app it freezes with the KW Logo.

7. I'm forced to clear the app data in order to sign in and open.

8. Hate that I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my Samsung.

9. After about a week, it will not open.

10. I have submitted multiple support tickets.

11. I have to Uninstall and reinstall at least once a week.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix KW Issues

1. Fix KW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart KW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the KW App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KW" » Open KW: Command » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KW » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear KW: Command app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KW servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KW: Command" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check KW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KW might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall KW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KW then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KW not working


2. Fix KW Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
