Why should I report an Issue with SHIFTAR: Work schedule planner?

Being using this app for a year, and I would love to recommend it to anyone who needs to organize, follow and check their shifts, it's user friendly, have tons of different options that can fit everybody needs, if you have a serious work you can pay a cheap price for extra options, nothing but perfect.

There is a LOT of room for improvement within the app..One of the best shift and personal calenders I've used, I can combine both personal and work life in one place, I normally paid £10 every year for a paper diary to do this so paying the subscription which has a back up and colours it's a no brainer.Seems to have a nice interface, but it would be even better if it included the option for weekly pay - currently only has monthly, semi-monthly or bi-weekly.

3. shifts need to repeat automatically with an adjustable pattern Alarms not just notifications To type the amount of time or better the exact time for an alarm not just check boxes.

Also, if you create shifts without notifications and add them to your calendar, then edit the shifts to have notifications, the shifts already added to the calendar will not be updated to include notifications.It was supposed to be perfect and have everything I needed but it just would not calculate my pay correctly.

5. Just noticed that holidays on the calendar are posted on the wrong days... Also not a fan that my phones back button isn't integrated, everytime I try to go back a page the app asks if I want it to close... Super easy to create a shift template and quickly add to schedule.

6. Preferably multiple alarms for each shift Paycycles should be able to be weekly.Almost there! App works the way I want, BUT I very much need alarms, not just notifications.

7. A few options added would bring my rating to full, easily.I prefer "my shift planner".For your one I like that you can add multiple things to one day but that's it I will not be using your app any longer as it so much effort that it is unuseable.

8. If you can get it to work it would be perfect.At first it's little difficult to navigate however once you overcome that it's really very simple and has some very useful reporting features particularly working out how much you are going to earn that month.

9. I'd like to be able to see my shifts at a glance and not have to open the app to see my full month laid outWhat I do not like about this app is that the holidays are OFF by like a day.

1. Fix SHIFTAR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SHIFTAR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SHIFTAR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SHIFTAR" » Open SHIFTAR: Work schedule planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SHIFTAR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SHIFTAR: Work schedule planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SHIFTAR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SHIFTAR: Work schedule planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SHIFTAR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SHIFTAR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SHIFTAR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SHIFTAR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SHIFTAR not working

2. Fix SHIFTAR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SHIFTAR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SHIFTAR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SHIFTAR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
