1. What do you do?" The app says the correct answer is to give him oxygen, when you click rational, it says the correct answer is to back away slowly.Kinda pointless to have a free app that you have to pay to get any thing out of.It is a great APP it is helping me review all my EMT skills before my NREMT! The only problem I have is if you accidentally touch the back button it just leaves and you have to restart so maybe have a "do you want to leave this quiz?" Question to prevent the frustration of restarting! Not sure if this has any advanced level questions.
2. but most are very accurate! (in response to Brandi: diabetic ketoacidosis does create fruity breath, look it up.) I love the pop quiz notification!! Keeps me on my toes. There are some answers that are wrong.
3. This guy knows his stuff! Compare this to the REA Crash Course outline and quiz I bought before this! It was $10, and although the text was a good, quick and not redundant review of my 1400 page course book, their included quiz was lousy.
4. I also recommend getting this app with significant time before your test, so you can have time to go over ALL questions and understand them.I liked the design of the questions so much I was glad to pay the $5 for the answer explanations.
5. For instance, it states that fruity breath odor is a sign of diabetic ketoacidosis when it's supposed to be from hyperglycemia.
6. You won't find the answers the same so don't get caught up on the answers being correct or not but rather the reasons to each question.
7. UPDATE: after purchasing, I discovered an alarming amount of answers that are wrong.
8. I have my National test soon and I know I will pass .I mean, it's good practice.
9. I recommend you pay for the explanations because that will help during the test.
10. This one is my favorite! I would recommend this to anyone that just wants options to set up your own learning skills .
11. REA had badly worded questions, and unhelpful explanations.
