1. It's convenient and easy to navigate, but it has suddenly stopped working for me.A nice, simple means to access credentials and check on education/recert status at a glance.

2. I hope the next renewal will be easier (I'm sure because each class I'll attend I'll add it to this app and just attach it to the future renew)It is great for basic information on your license and adding courses completed for renewals.

3. If you're actually able to use it though it makes inputting classes and check recertification status easy and simple.

1. Fix NREMT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NREMT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NREMT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NREMT" » Open NREMT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NREMT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NREMT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NREMT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NREMT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NREMT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NREMT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NREMT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NREMT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NREMT not working

2. Fix NREMT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NREMT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NREMT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NREMT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
