1. Now there is no way I can get my money back!!! 2. The second shirt took over 60 days and same I got the wrong Item!!!! I tried to contact them to get some help but they only remove my orders from my purchase history.

3. This app seems very nice, i havent ordered anything yet so im not sure how it works, whenever i seem to scrowl down, a little pop up "please wait" keeps popping up.

4. I waited 40 days to get the first one, Which was wrong item!!! I could return it because there is no way to do it.

5. Please fix that, other than that little bug its a nice app!Please read before installing!!!! I bought 2 shirts for $60.

1. Fix Kpopshop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kpopshop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kpopshop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kpopshop" » Open Kpopshop - Kpop Online Shopping App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kpopshop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kpopshop - Kpop Online Shopping App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kpopshop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kpopshop - Kpop Online Shopping App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kpopshop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kpopshop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kpopshop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kpopshop then reinstall.
