Other comments given here include "worth every cent" & "Single Upfront Charge" but descriptions neither here (in play store's ABOUT THIS APP section), nor in app itself, EXPLAIN whether this app is FREE, nor how/when/if app owner will begin to Charge me for use of the KPI database, which was based on a 12 year old book.

2. Broken apparently.Thank you developers for this great effort... for now the App has only the name of the KPI/Indicator, hope full in the future the developer will add the definition, the numerator, denominator, purpose and the TargetWonderful app.

3. 1 star off for not saying "free" or "free for 1st # days" on Playstore's description and within App's about page.

1. Fix KPI Mega Library Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KPI Mega Library: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KPI Mega Library App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KPI Mega Library" » Open KPI Mega Library » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KPI Mega Library » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KPI Mega Library app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KPI Mega Library servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KPI Mega Library" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KPI Mega Library app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KPI Mega Library might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KPI Mega Library. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KPI Mega Library then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KPI Mega Library not working

2. Fix KPI Mega Library Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KPI Mega Library be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KPI Mega Library not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KPI Mega Library may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
