There are no price sorting options Categories are terribly managed(ex: spices in the flower category), which rather defeats the purpose of shopping by category The filter menu pulls up the keyboard, though there's nowhere to type So much visual junk on the home screen The way to use coupons is a hassleI've never been able to get someone to teach me what I'm doing wrong when this app never works at checkout.

2. They need to go back to clipped coupons from newspapers.... but they can't gather all of your information that way.Can't sign into my account anymore! Keep getting the message that says "Access Denied, you're not allowed to sign in on this server." This has never happened before, and now I can't load/clip any coupons, making the app completely worthless to me.

3. Bottom line, the website is far better.I have been trying to place an order and since the newest update, the app is trying to verify my account After over a dozen tries, I still am not receiving an email for verification.

4. This prevents me from checking prices at a glance and is quite inconvenient when I'm trying to find who has the better price on a given item I'm looking for.The designer of this app should reconsider if they're in the right career.

5. So I have to take more time, go inside, to do a bunch of returns because I DID NOT ALLOW SUBSTITUTIONS! In stock items will show in-store or delivery only.

6. My biggest frustration is that while away from my house and a wifi network, I cannot pull up the ad and I'm unable to scan digital coupons because the app mysteriously dissociates my local store from the associated ad.

7. The search function does not always work as expected, try to find snack bags.

8. Every time I do something I have to retoggle substitutions and/or go through the entire list and toggle individually.

9. I end up looking like the person who holds up the line because he needs to shows all his coupons.

10. I triple check that no substitutions are allowed and when I go pick up, there's substitutions.

11. The whole app experience is usually complicated.Really love the convenience of the app and pick up service.

  5. Uninstall and reinstall King Soopers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall King Soopers then reinstall.
