J&T give me a delivery date and usually are at least 1 day late and then tell me that I have changed the delivery time, I have NEVER changed a delivery time!Please add button (Go) under search box that would practical if we copy tracking number from other app it has only (cancel) button to hit that I have to enable keyboad to hit (done) button.

2. The reason I installed app because for somebody who send me stuffs but me myself stop using J&T for more than a year with lots of trouble and unprofessional from them.This company is nightmare for online sellers.

3. If you can't provide service, it better to close your business.Register already but can not login 🤷 ♀️J&T are useless so is this app.

1. Fix J&T Thailand Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart J&T Thailand: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the J&T Thailand App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "J&T Thailand" » Open J&T Thailand » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for J&T Thailand » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear J&T Thailand app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from J&T Thailand servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "J&T Thailand" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check J&T Thailand app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, J&T Thailand might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall J&T Thailand. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall J&T Thailand then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing J&T Thailand not working
