And they offerd a refund and I said yes please and that they would email there manerger about the refund and l will get an email back, 4 day later no email so I email again and they said that they have sent a follow-up email to the accounting department and i will get a refund email notification, 2 day later still no email.

2. Beware if you order any of the mystery clothing (even just 2) You may get a duplicate and they will not allow you to exchange, refund or return.

3. I order sothing of the website and it didn't come for 2 months so i emailed them and they said it was lost in shipping.

4. They apparently don't pick what gets sent and have no way of controlling what gets picked to be sent.I downloaded this app thinking I could go into it and shop save items I want but it won't even let me sign in.

5. I have to go on Fanjoy's website to buy merch.First and last time buyer.

6. I mean I wanted a Maddie Ziegler top and it was for 10 dollars and the shipping costed me 30 dollars.

7. shipping prices are quite high though when outside of USI got the app because there are a lot of youtubers I watch that sell merch.

8. Gonna uninstall cause it is a waste of time for me to keep banging my brain on this one app.This company is bad.

9. You get to see merch that you cant buy from local stores.

10. There is no button for me to push so I can enter credit card information and purchase something.

11. no issues so far, order went through fine.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fanjoy Issues

1. Fix Fanjoy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fanjoy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fanjoy App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fanjoy" » Open Fanjoy » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fanjoy » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fanjoy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fanjoy servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fanjoy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fanjoy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fanjoy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fanjoy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fanjoy then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fanjoy not working


2. Fix Fanjoy Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fanjoy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fanjoy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fanjoy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
