1. The wi-fi usage of the headphones is questionable and leads to lags while gaming mobile! harman/kardon is a reasonable target to inflict physical harm upon!The App would not even start.

2. It keeps constantly happening and I have to forget my earbuds all the time abd connect over again.After the latest update in 30th March 2020 the app started to crash when opening it.

3. The firmware doesn't update properly hence getting many glitches in connection and lags in music.

4. I got tired of hearing "The Google assistant is not connected" every time I accidentally touch the outside of the left cup, so I decided to actually grab the app and set it up.

5. The equaliser function in the app works, but since there's a better equaliser in my favourite music player, the one here is of no value.Wish there were more EQ preset options.

6. I guess I'll have to cross-reference and try to replicate as best I can.The app is extremely handy for customizing the gestures and EQ, however on Unihertz Titan Slim it struggles to show up my Fly TWS in the menu, even if they're connected to my smartphone.

7. I'd hope to have a profile for the ANC mode to reduce the change in the sound balance.Harman though I have a soft corner for you guys that's why I went for fly tws as they launched in India ,but you have to improv.
