I have uninstalled and installed and it still won't work.wont open..says problem downloading data..site last updated 2018..think they forgot they even made this..pls take off your Island Resort website if you're just wasting ppls time & data like this..only casino in no it takes 24 hours for promo to get on your card.. seriously?I like this app keeps track of things like what slots i played.

Also the points until next tier doesn't work accurately.No way will I use an app that 3 times it freezes up on me when using the slot locator it locates the machine then freezes I can't exit out of the map nor zoom in or out with out backing out of the app using the back button on the phone nor app then it says wait of stop app bye byeApp stuck on loading info page.

3. The only complaint I have is that when I first became pearl member I got a $20 coupon For the oasis based on my play one month after becoming a pearl.

1. Fix Island Resort Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Island Resort: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Island Resort" » Open Island Resort » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Island Resort » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Island Resort app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Island Resort servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Island Resort" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
