1. Been sitting dead for 10 mins.This app doesn't work at alll.... just keep asking security questions and then shows error verifying gour account!!!!!Love the connection!! CAN acces my doctor at all times the fact I can see my whole chart x-rays and labs all in one is SO AWESOME 😎I'm very thankfull that all my medical, prescription, medicine, and doctors are just a click away.

2. Why do I have to enter script numbers? Shouldn't the app track and store this info for me? 1 more star off.This app is trash you cant do anything!! You can't refill a prescription everytime i try it says the number is unavailable dand you cant check when a prescription is ready!!This app sucks!! I was able to use it ONCE and have not been able to use it again.

3. I'm not sure what's going on but just stopped working for me a month ago or more and I have reinstalled it uninstalled it.

4. Can someone PLEASE help me I depend on the app for my medicine! 😞Somewhat useful.

5. I set my app preferences to mail for prescriptions, but I still end up having to go to the pharmacy to pick them up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JPS Pharmacies Issues

1. Fix JPS Pharmacies Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart JPS Pharmacies: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the JPS Pharmacies App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JPS Pharmacies" » Open JPS Pharmacies » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JPS Pharmacies » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear JPS Pharmacies app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JPS Pharmacies servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JPS Pharmacies" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check JPS Pharmacies app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JPS Pharmacies might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JPS Pharmacies. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JPS Pharmacies then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JPS Pharmacies not working


2. Fix JPS Pharmacies Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JPS Pharmacies be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JPS Pharmacies not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JPS Pharmacies may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
