1. I do recommend the apps for anyone that would like a sense of relief! I can now view incoming or outgoing messages and keep an eye on communications, lock messaging if needed, put time restraints on her phone during specific time frames that only allows emergency calls, and allow or block websites/ apps to best of my ability to keep her safe.

2. It does absolutely everything that you could need from blocking apps, creating scheduled time for the device to be off, to being able to pause the entire device! I can't say enough good things about Screen Time! I recommend it to every parent!!From app blocking to time controls, every feature is highly effective.

3. Really my only gripe is not being able to shut off or lock phone on demand, not being able to automatically block new apps, so she has to ask me, and the way the text messages report could be better if we can sort by conversation.

1. Fix SecureTeen Parental Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SecureTeen Parental Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SecureTeen Parental Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SecureTeen Parental Control" » Open SecureTeen Parental Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SecureTeen Parental Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SecureTeen Parental Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SecureTeen Parental Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SecureTeen Parental Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SecureTeen Parental Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SecureTeen Parental Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SecureTeen Parental Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SecureTeen Parental Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SecureTeen Parental Control not working

2. Fix SecureTeen Parental Control Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SecureTeen Parental Control be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SecureTeen Parental Control not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SecureTeen Parental Control may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
